Scott Holmes
Scott co-founded Asenti Diligence Partners in 2010 after five years as a managing director at FTI Consulting and an independent transaction advisory firm in Maryland. Previously, Scott spent 13 years working in leadership roles at Big 4 accounting firms (Arthur Andersen and Ernst & Young).
When he was “between opportunities” in 1999, Scott travelled independently for six months in New Zealand and Fiji where he skydived, bungee jumped, volcano summited, and dived with sharks and dolphins. Scott took one final pass at extreme sports (climbing Mount Rainer in WA) before settling in Arlington, Virginia with his wife, two sons, and daughter.
