J.C. Lotharius
Prior to co-founding the Asenti Diligence Partners, J.C. was a Managing Director at a transaction advisory firm in Maryland for seven years. Prior to that, J.C. was a Director with PricewaterhouseCoopers’ Transaction Services practice in Washington, DC, where he gained extensive experience in cross-border transactions, with a focus on Latin America. J.C. grew up in Ecuador and is fluent in both English and Spanish.
J.C.’s lifelong passion for Formula 1 racing is unparalleled (at least in the United States). Not content with absconding to the basement for the better part of a weekend day to watch pre-recorded races, J.C. attended multiple Formula 1 Canadian Grand Prix’s in Montreal, and graduated from the Skip Barber Racing School in Lime Rock Park, CT. J.C. knows firsthand the thrill of strapping into an open-wheel single seater and accelerating out of a hairpin turn. J.C., his wife, and two daughters live in Milton, GA.
