Josh joined Asenti in June 2014 and has served in public accounting since 2002. His public accounting experience began in Deloitte’s Audit practice before transitioning to their M&A Transaction Advisory group where he advised private equity and Fortune 500 clients on U.S. based and cross-border transactions of various sizes and complexities. Josh’s transaction experience covers a variety of industries, including aerospace, automotive, business services, healthcare, manufacturing, retail, and software, and includes representing both buyers and sellers.
Josh lives in Broadview Heights, OH with his wife, daughter and son. In his spare time, Josh enjoys watching sports, playing golf, traveling, playing guitar, and enjoying a good concert.
