Jared joined Asenti Diligence Partners in 2021 with over 13 years of finance experience. Prior to joining Asenti Partners, Jared was a Senior Manager at Ernst & Young’s Houston, TX office in the transaction diligence practice where he served private equity firms, sovereign wealth funds, and strategic buyers/lenders, including several Fortune 500 companies for approximately six years.
Jared grew up in a small Canadian town where he spent his weekends ice fishing and snowmobiling. After moving to Texas, he set aside his winter hobbies and is now a cycling and sailing enthusiast.
