Haley joined Asenti in 2022 after three years in C-suite roles at international technology companies, where she specialized in driving go-to market strategy, streamlining financial operations, advising internal and external stakeholders, and preparing the operations for capital transactions.
Before her time in industry, Haley spent six years managing lender due diligence, quality of earnings due diligence, enterprise valuations, and financial consulting engagements for corporate, private equity, investment banking, and debt clients within the middle market. When she is not conducting due diligence, Haley enjoys travel, cooking, golf and tennis. Haley currently lives in Buffalo Grove, IL with her husband and son.
