J.C. Lotharius
J.C. is one of the co-founders of Asenti Diligence Partners and has more than 25 years of mergers and acquisitions advisory experience, serving domestic and international private equity and strategic clients, and senior and subordinated cash flow lenders. J.C. has advised on hundreds of debt and equity transactions, ranging in deal size between $1 million and $900 million. He has experience in a variety of industries, including business services, manufacturing and distribution, gaming, restaurants and franchises, and retail.
Prior to co-founding Asenti Partners in August 2010, J.C. was a Managing Director at a transaction advisory firm located in Bethesda, MD, for 7 years, where he was responsible for leading client service teams and developing client relationships, which contributed to the significant growth of that firm since its inception in 2003. Prior to that, J.C. was a Director with PricewaterhouseCoopers’ Transaction Services practice in Washington, DC (1998-2003) and was involved in domestic and cross-border transactions, with a specific focus on Latin America.
J.C. grew up in Ecuador and is fluent in Spanish. He lives in Milton, GA (a suburb of Atlanta), with his wife and two daughters. His hobbies include playing his growing collection of electric guitars and following Formula-1 racing. As a parent of an autistic child, J.C. is a proud supporter of the Connections School of Atlanta.
