Ally joined Asenti in June 2024, bringing with her 22 months of financial due diligence experience from her time at PwC’s New York office. While at PwC, she worked on sell-side and buy-side transactions across various sectors such as healthcare, software services, aviation, and pharmaceuticals catering to both strategic and private equity clientele. Ally graduated from Texas A&M University at College Station with degrees in finance and accounting. Currently based in Washington D.C., she enjoys spending her weekends crafting, baking, or exploring the outdoors with her husband and dog.
