Jonathan Hutchins
Prior to joining Asenti, Jonathan was a Senior Manager at EY’s Atlanta office in the strategy and transactions (SaT) practice where he served private equity firms and strategic buyers including several Fortune 500 companies for approximately five years. During his time in EY, Jonathan led over 40 transactions totally over $30B in enterprise value across a diverse set of industries.
During his time serving in the SaT practice, Jonathan did a 9-month rotation in EY’s Parthenon group serving a Fortune 50 logistics company performing working capital optimization, as well as a Fortune 50 consumer products and pharmaceutical company focusing on supply chain optimization.
Jonathan began his career in the audit practice in EY’s Tulsa, OK office where he conducted audits of private equity backed private companies as well as publicly traded oil and gas companies.
Jonathan currently lives in Atlanta, GA with his wife and two daughters. In his spare time, he enjoys hiking, biking and home projects.
