Responsibilities

Organize financial data for analytic schedules.
Analyze financial and operational schedules to identify key risk areas for pending transactions.
Interact with target company management and clients.
Help prepare written client deliverables.

Qualifications

An inquisitive nature and passion for understanding the why, not just the what.
Focused attention to detail.
Excellent Excel skills (Sumifs, Xlookups, and Pivot Tables are only the beginning).
Ability to work independently.
Deep accounting understanding.
Strong communications skills (we are accountants and also consultants).
Ability to travel occasionally.
Prior due diligence experience (Preferred).
Audit experience (Preferred).
