Emily joined Asenti in March 2026, with over two years of transaction diligence experience from KPMG in Chicago and Denver. During her time at KPMG, she assisted in buy-side and sell-side transactions across different industries, primarily focused on renewable energy & infrastructure. Emily graduated from the University of Denver with a bachelor’s and a master’s degree in accountancy. Outside of Asenti, Emily enjoys cooking, spending time with friends, and going for runs along the lakefront in Chicago, where she currently resides.
