W. Robb Alley, CPA

Robb is one of the co-founders of Asenti Diligence Partners and has over 15 years of transaction advisory experience serving domestic and international clients.  He has advised on more than 150 debt and equity transactions, ranging in deal size from $1 million to over $1 billion.  Robb’s transaction experience covers a variety of industries, including aerospace, automotive, business services, healthcare, manufacturing, retail, restaurant and franchises, software, and waste management.

Prior to co-founding Asenti Partners in August 2010, Robb was a Managing Director at an independent transaction advisory firm, where he managed that firm’s Los Angeles office and was responsible for leading transaction teams for financial and strategic buyers and debt providers.  Prior to that, Robb was a Manager in the Transaction Services practice of PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) in Washington, DC (1998-2004), where he worked with strategic buyers including several Fortune 500 companies.  In addition, Robb led or participated in international diligence projects in the Caribbean, England, France, Romania, and Switzerland.  Prior to joining PwC, Robb was a financial analyst for J.C. Bradford’s Corporate Finance Group in Nashville, TN.

Robb has a Bachelor of Science in Commerce with a concentration in Finance from the McIntire School of Commerce at the University of Virginia.  He is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of California.

Robb lives in Hermosa Beach, CA, with his wife and two sons.  He is actively involved in his church where he serves as Treasurer.  Robb enjoys scuba diving, traveling, running, and multi-sport competition.
