Portfolio Monitoring

We can serve as part of your internal process and help monitor the health of your portfolio. Procedures we provide include periodic financial performance reviews, including Quality of Earnings analyses; testing compliance with debt and other reporting covenants; and analysis of a one-off concern, such as the accounting for inventory or certain reserve accounts requiring management judgment.

Sell-Side Support

Our experience with diligence on the “buy side” gives us unique insight that can help a seller prepare for the diligence process. Our services include preparation and management of data room materials, as well as sell-side Quality of Earnings analysis to help establish management’s view of pro forma EBITDA and to identify potential items that will arise during the buyer’s diligence review.  We can conduct a detailed review of a projections model or assist you in building a model.

Other Diligence Services

We have strong working relationships with specialists in other critical transaction support areas such as tax, information technology, and valuation. We can arrange and coordinate these resources for our clients on request and, if preferred, integrate their findings with our deliverable to provide a single, comprehensive due diligence report.
